9. To send you season greetings, special occasion messages or other similar communications;
10. To establish and manage medical records and medical reports;
11. To facilitate payment process relating to the patients;
12. To institute debt recovery proceedings against defaulters;
13. To report the personal data to the relevant authorities and/or third parties under the governing laws relevant to the healthcare industry;
14. To be collected and stored in a central repository that is accessible by KPJ Healthcare Bhd related companies, subsidiaries, holding companies and affiliate companies as defined in the Companies Act 1965;
15. To conduct and support internal marketing analysis and analysis of patient/customer patterns/habits, choices and engagement with KPJ Healthcare Bhd’s related companies, subsidiaries, holding companies and affiliate companies;
16. To support research and innovation of our products and services;
17. To market and advertise products and services;
18. To administer and respond to request, queries, complaints and legal issues;
19. To facilitate human resource management activities relating to employees;
20. To share personal data for the purpose of banking facilities, signing of legal and accounting documents;
21. For submisson and registration of relevant forms, licenses to the relevant authorities and/or third parties under the governing laws relevant to the healthcare industries;
22. For education and training;
23. For any other purpose that is incidental or in furtherance to the above purposes;
24. For Lablink’s internal records management.

1. This Policy applies to KPJHB, the Board of Directors of KPJHB Group, and all the employees of KPJHB Group, including but not limited to, Top Management, executives, permanent and contractual employees, seconders temporary staff, workers and interns, and Stakeholders (ie. 2. Any employee or person shall report a whistleblowing complaint if they are aware of any wrongdoing or detrimental action committed within KPJHB Group, including, but not limited to the following:

(d)Bribery / Corruption
(e)Conflict of Interest
(f)Financial malpractice
(g)Fraud
(h)Misappropriation of company assets
(i)Misuse of confidential information
(j)Sexual harassment
(k)Any action which creates risk (actual or potential) to the health and safety of any individual
(l)Actions or omissions detrimental to the interest of KPJHB Group

3. Employment-related complaints or grievances shall be referred to the applicable KPJHB Group’s Human Resources Management to be addressed in accordance with their policies and procedures.
