Quality Protocol

Lablink Medical Laboratory upholds itself to providing quality services. We are accredited with MSO15189 by Standards Malaysia for our lab services. We are also the first laboratory in Malaysia to be certified with Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3) which allows us to handle infectious diseases. Besides that, our lab is also certified with ISO9001 for our quality management.

Additionally, our hospitals laboratories are locally recognized by the Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) and internationally accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI).

As our commitment to consistently provide quality services, annually our lab participates in more than 100 external quality assessment programmes. Objectively, this programme is used to check the laboratory’s performance using an external agency or facility.
