On the request forms, please indicate clearly the required test(s) to facilitate prompt processing of the specimen(s).
Need specimens collected from your clinic? For after-office hours or on public holidays, connect with your Account Manager for assistance. *To ensure timely collection of specimens within your preferred timeframe, reach out to us as early as possible.

Begin by ticking the “Urgent” checkbox on the request form. Request with appropriate justification will be accepted as “Urgent Request”. Please contact the respective laboratory telephone numbers for further arrangements. For Lablink Central, contact 03-4023 4588. *Urgent LTAT can be completed as quick as 4 hours, depending on the type of test ordered.
